Excellent!!! and awesome thinking. An HDR filter on the crows face might be helpful making it more readable. I can see it okay in high res, but a little more OOMPH might help. Good luck author.. great work!

Lightening up the background will help the crow pop, otherwise pretty good.

Ok.. nice job.. but.. (why is there always a but...?)
When you make somebody younger you also have to replace the gray hairs (next to the ear)
If you use a blur, try to undo the blur in the clothing.
it doesn't make the shirt younger
and finally.. why are the wooden panels distorted? Same for the window.
