It's really hard to avoid in scenes like this, I imagine the best way would to do an HDR.

Author, you do realise that the photographs don't have to be square, you could crop them all closer, in a portrait view. the 5 x 5 refers to the number of photographs, not the size.

The product is way to dark IMO, logo looks great, but if you are trying to sell a product, surely you would show it.

I'm glad you didn't take offense, I certainly didn't think you had stolen the photo. I just didn't like the treatment, which doesn't mean that it was wrong.

The plates and the steaks are so different that I tend to think the front plate is set on a page from the cook book.
