You are quite right, you can't use the cloning tool to remove dust. However you are allowed to use the healing tool to remove sensor dust spot.

At least you are having a healthy glass of milk with it.

Most photos taken with digital cameras need a little processing. What editing programs do you have?

Nice idea, but the colours are very dark and dull, some white balance adjustment and more contrast would do wonders for this.

Images are mostly downsampled, but if you have made your image only 533 x 800, it has most likely been upsampled. I tend to save mine at between 2000 and 2500 pixels at the longest edge, at between 70-80%.
Suggest you replace the image with a larger copy. Just go to your Entries, and you can replace it.

However, that does not mean that it can't be lying down.
