I really can't see this being a road since a car wouldn't be able to fit there

THe girls don't bother me. I never see roads like that so I am totally admiring road and buildings.

Beautiful. The contrast between the blue and the white is great, and it feels like the entire bulb is glowing. Did you use the invert effect or a different effect?

One of the downsides of HDR is the images stop looking real. this a great piece of art, but falls into the 'unreal' trap. IMO.
