Love the crispness in the orange and glass but the falling olives were a bit too fast for this shot :/ Still a great photo author
(5 years and 3011 days ago)Wish it could have been a bit faster shutter speed but overall great approach!
(5 years and 3011 days ago)the only thing you have not colored n what stands out to me is the ground, to me thats kinda weird
nice job on the coloring
(5 years and 3011 days ago)This really is a pretty good job all in all. I do like the choice of colors but the color is a little faded or washed out IMO. A couple of things you might want to try is,... duplicating the layer. Set the new copy's layer blend to overlay or multiply. Adjust the opacity accordingly. Then add an adjustment or fill layer for selective color, play around with the sliders for each color.
(5 years and 3011 days ago)I offer this as a suggestion only author, as it is your work and is the way you like. Nice vote from me, good luck.
The pink tones on the shoes bother me, but I'm not a fan of colorization ever since Ted Turner ruined so many movies back in the 80's...
(5 years and 3011 days ago)Nice work. Also suffers from the "two heads" problem, and the green on the building is too yellow...brings the background forward...suggest muting that and the red on the roof to help create depth. Color wise, backgrounds should recede. Still, it's mostly a very good repair job except for not reducing the excessive graininess of the original image. GL author.
(5 years and 3011 days ago)I'd love to go see the ruins of the ancient world... but around here, 300 years is ancient
(5 years and 3012 days ago)Love this photo...so interesting and great tones.
(5 years and 3012 days ago)Now I really hate you!
(5 years and 3014 days ago)Just joking, congrats man, well deserved first place. Great job!

(5 years and 3014 days ago)mmmmmm.... we have these all over our property. I LOVE it when they're ripe!
(5 years and 3014 days ago)Nice catch... I like that juxtaposition too
(5 years and 3014 days ago)MADE THE STROKE REALLY NICELY
(5 years and 3014 days ago)congrats, nice work! I'm curious how many changes you did in PS and how many are made in original and only took another pciture

(5 years and 3014 days ago)Great catch!
(5 years and 3014 days ago)very good
(5 years and 3014 days ago)Great shot! The dark of the vehicle provides great contrast to help the unity between it and the foreground. Very well done!
(5 years and 3015 days ago)Wonderful !!!
(5 years and 3015 days ago)He studied for years at Julliard to learn how to "sit"
(5 years and 3015 days ago)I was here . EGIPT ! VERY NICE !
(5 years and 3016 days ago)What is it he sits on, a stool, or in the air? Amazing
(5 years and 3016 days ago)Fair enough, but where is Cleopatra? Well done, author.

(5 years and 3016 days ago)Really nice job, author! I thoroughly enjoyed doing this one!
(5 years and 3016 days ago)This DOES have a Monet feel to it. This would be great as a huge mural!
(5 years and 3016 days ago)Super cool!
(5 years and 3016 days ago)Agree with all, corner is not the "main focus", as the contest describes.
(5 years and 3016 days ago)Very nice even if it does look like a prison guard tower, good marks.
(5 years and 3017 days ago)well done.
(5 years and 3017 days ago)really creative here.
(5 years and 3017 days ago)Kind of reminds me a little of "American Gothic."
(5 years and 3017 days ago)Wonderful photo!
(5 years and 3017 days ago)Very creative
Is this snowman? or Jack frost? or Jack Skelington from Nightmare before Christmas? Anyway, very well done - I would be expecting the shot on the bigger mirror as the stand to show more reflection and pitch black background, but that's only my taste
(5 years and 3017 days ago)Great entry, almost got them all. Had to scroll down really fast so I don't see the answers, lol.
(5 years and 3018 days ago)I have to agree with kyricom here it could have been portrait better. It looks now merely just like a picture that accidentally happen to have a streetcorner somwhere hidden. and those people across the street wonder why you taking there picture LOL
(5 years and 3019 days ago)very nice picture really cool shopping streets there, the corner is really awesome as it actulay seems to be 2 corners lol
(5 years and 3019 days ago)a great photo that looks "aged" as itsmymoment said....
(5 years and 3019 days ago)this is beautiful...great feel to this photo.
(5 years and 3019 days ago)Beautiful! Looks like something from a storybook.
(5 years and 3019 days ago)Nice exposure on the water
(5 years and 3020 days ago)Oh, I believe it IS a street corner, I was just saying it doesn't SHOW a street corner very well
(5 years and 3020 days ago)Not sure this really shows a "street corner"
(5 years and 3020 days ago)cool building
(5 years and 3020 days ago)Needs an SBS, but otherwise, quite lovely.
(5 years and 3020 days ago)The different gray tones give something really great here!! Especially, the contrast between the water, the rocks and the sky is to notice.
(5 years and 3020 days ago)It looks like a paradisiac place before apocalypse...
Well done.
