I used to like these critters till i saw them on the Nat Geo channel and they were eating other birds chicks, then taking them back and regurgitating them back up for their own chicks.

I still like them....But!

Beautiful! I was going to use lavender too but mine hasn't bloomed yet.

Thats what I was thinking, the lighting relected more off the broken glass. It is a brilliant photo!

The lighting does appear to be a little different, but I think the minor difference is accentuated by the fact that the broken glass gives more surfaces for the light to reflect off of, making it more noticeable

great job thinning her torso, You may want to duplicate the edge of where her hair meets the edge of her skin from the orignal picture to reduce the sharp contrast, (you and always blur the tight spaces with a super tiny brush...(but these type of manipulations are always very difficult when you get to the edges..(Sometimes drawing your own hair on a separate palate with the smudge tool (Much easier to work with in a separate area as not to fight with the size of the original picture) and lay over into the work you have already done can help

(Hi res always shows the nit pics) but I can tell the print version would be excellent.. GOOD LUCK!!!! (and as always IMHO)
