This is a very nice photograph that looks very nice in black and white. Your horizon is a tidbit off though and should be straightened to make it look even better.

I kind of put a piece of paper on my screen and it looks as if you may be able to crop her out without cutting off any of the glass of the light fixture, it'll be close but it might work. I guess it's not a really super bad thing her being there though.

This is very nice, however I do see some black spots within your sky area that should probably be edited out.

It looks as if you took this with an ultra-wide angle lens as your tall buildings in the background look like they're about to topple over. But in my opinion that gives it some character. I really like the cars on the highway being sharp and crisp I like the composition and the exposure. The only nitpick I have is the small amount of railing on the lower part of the image/photograph, I would probably crop that out if it were mine. Again this is very nice.
