Great job! As stated the lines are the only thing I found distracting from thhe over all awesome image!

Good creation...you might want to blur some sharp edges and remove the thin white lines that are obvious in high res.

if both eyes are red, that would be nice.,

I think that you should make both of the eyes red; it would look more fierce and scary.
