If you want to make it like night time you should select some windows and make it glow like the light is on in that room. There are some tutorials online about night time.
You could also introduce a lighting pole that would bring out the guy with the umbrella, so that we can see him in contrast with the rest of the image. Just have to be carefull where you place it.

You might want to use curves for better blend, sometimes a lower oppacity helps too, 90-97%. You should also check the cutout of the umbrela, some edges need work. GL.

Overlay the sub & fish bank ( and the other things, rocks,etc) with blue, so they seem in water. I'm not sure about those bubbles comming from the fish's behind, but i don't know any good alternatives- maybe motion blur?

IMO, you lack background, I know it's extra work ( and my least favorite part of chopping) but it adds a great effect, why not try some paved stone on the floor and placing the scene in a catacomb, ruins, cracked earth, on a hill with mountains around -I'm brainstorming right now.

Not bad as creation, and if you wanted to distort the proportions on purpose, well done.
Is just that, when you do difformities, is better to explain in the description that it was by artistique choice, cause well intended people like CMYK might try to help and get undiserved thumbs down ( not that he cares, but you get the principle).
