Congrats, cool one.
(5 years and 3069 days ago)Pick up line: I bet that the taste of your skin makes tequila bearable.
(5 years and 3069 days ago)Neat concept & execution !
(5 years and 3070 days ago)Also it would help blurring the edges of your objects. Easiest way is ctrl click on layer icon to select its contour, then go to Select modify contract by a few pixels, invert selection and apply gaussian blur.
(5 years and 3070 days ago)The further an object is the more desaturated will appear, use this to create perspective.
Lovely mood, an also I must say that I appreciate people who name their links ( eg: Cloud, sky, crow). Very few do that .
(5 years and 3070 days ago)Pretty cool mood, why don't you crop half of it ? Cause nothing happens in the right side.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Drop shadow effect is not a good idea for this photo since it makes them look like they are on top of an image, not in it.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Try to use Channels to cut out the fire:
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Select the picture layer of the fire, and click channels ( if it's not active near the layer tab , go to Window -channels)
Choose the channel with most contrast and use select color range to select the fire. Use the fuziness bar to adjust the selection. after you click ok and have the selection press Ctrl J to make a new layer out of the selection. Try it multiple times until you like what you get.
Selectiv via channel gives you a more transparent look which blends better in background.
Beautiful tattoo! I wonder why did she tattooed her back which such a nice & complex drawing, since she wont be able to see it in it's splendor ? It was for her boyfriend, I presume.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Good choice of title, author. One of the best ways to see who s checking hi-res.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Spoiler alert: she's totally Not laughing. Could be L for lonely, Little, landscape.
Lonely Little Lady ! There, you have 3 L's and nothing untrue .
Great work!
(5 years and 3071 days ago)About the comment section: Geezus ; about the work: nice artistique effect. i'm not sure about the text though - maybe another font/style or maybe something else instead of it. GW none the less.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Chalty ! Explicit description!
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Author, you could clone those guys out!
Mossy left you a comment in the SBS. I think she's right, you should provide some additionnal information.
Your starting sketch was really nice ! I think that less contrasting colors would improve your entry. Make a black&white copy and it will tell you where you need more contrast/ brigthness and where you need less. Good luck!
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Awesome! with a better text integration it would have had man chances to be The logo.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Nice one!
(5 years and 3071 days ago)This one is your legacy to pxleyes.com .
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Convincing work.
(5 years and 3071 days ago)Congrats Jaded!
(5 years and 3072 days ago)Congrats Androla!
(5 years and 3072 days ago)Dexter reference ?
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Splendid.
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Awesome!
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Looks beautiful.
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Professional logo!
(5 years and 3073 days ago)More contrast would have been nice, meaning, keep the penguin with black & white and have a different color background- some light blue.
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Really cool one.
(5 years and 3073 days ago)Smart!
(5 years and 3073 days ago)At Cornelia : Actually she s more like Storm from X-men.
(5 years and 3074 days ago)L ai facut pe pufoshenie ! : rofl:
(5 years and 3074 days ago)Great stuff, good job author.
(5 years and 3074 days ago)Nice mood & convincing aspect. The orphan movie was really cool
(5 years and 3074 days ago)Not bad!
(5 years and 3074 days ago)The thumb is actually a finger, lol.
(5 years and 3075 days ago)So you mean she holds the hat with the thumb, the index and the middle fingers, but the index is not that obvious cause of the perspective.
It's hard to notice but i see what you mean.
Awesome drawing skills.
(5 years and 3075 days ago)Nice one, original.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Creative. There's no need for all that empty background, imo, you could have cropped the image to make it portrait.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)I mostly appreciate the work done on the hair. Overall is a pretty composition, makes me a bit sad that she only has 4 fingers. "One little piggy went to the market"
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Damn this took a while! Bravo, author!
(5 years and 3076 days ago)really good.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Sweet 3d render!
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Good creation of depth.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Yup, good capture!
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Cute pic.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Fabulous!
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Lol, good thinking, nice bg find.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Creative one.
(5 years and 3076 days ago)This is a nice entry! Fixing some minor issues would further improve it:
(5 years and 3076 days ago)1. That metal pipe ( whatever is called ) must be cut out with pen tool in order to avoid chunky shape. Afterwards Ctrl click layer go to Select -modify , contract 2 pixels, invert selection and blur it. Same for the lemon slice in foreground.
Maybe overlaying the sky color on it at a lower oppacity would increase the blending.
2. Use blur and slight desaturation for the lemons in the background to create a better sense of depth.
I love those brushes! Are they plain chalk with hue& scatter settings or did you made them ?
(5 years and 3076 days ago)Also like the color pallete of the BG, and hair is not bad!
Minor persp. & anatomy issues, but a really nice entry overall.
"yeah i know, that's not nice", lol, i see no one disagrees.
(5 years and 3077 days ago)You should at least fix the perspective. The top of the glass is the horizon line, since the elipse is almost imperceptible. All the other recipients should finish on the same line - but if they have different heights their top should form an elipse, similar to the bottom ( but flipped and congruent with the perspective angle.
If that's too hard, make only one piece & work on the background- make it a lab or something.
