i really like this image, but viewing the hi-res throws me off a little due to the 2 separate focal points you have in the image. The legs in the foreground, and then the dancers hand in the background. Since these are not in the same line of depth, they would not both be able to be in the same focus. really great work over all! GL!

The work is original and funny! But I have to agree with the earlier comment (removed) - I find "her" glass rather flat, too. It would also be nice to have had a clearer old man hand to match the sharpness of the glasses and "her" hand.

As for my own comments coming during voting, I apologize (sort of) but I don't have enough time to review, comment and keep checking back during the week, and then come back to vote on the weekends. Which is why I may comment, but rarely vote in contests I've entered. This is not just about winning - it's about learning and improving, isn't it?

I like it. You can clearly see a devils face bottom left and top right an abstractisation of a head with an aura. Chaos & order, perfection(sphere) vs imperfection, up/down - you have all kind of symbols which should be obvious even for a redneck.

Interesting image.Try to get rid of the suitcase, it doesn't fit in the image. The kid's just a tiny bit too cute...maybe you could have the raven plucking his eye out...that'd be cool.

I wrote a story about a white raven. There aren't many of them, but there are a few in the world. But my story was scifi.
