Nitpick: the lightning on the girl is complete off while the rest works great (with shadows and lightsources...) You might want to have a look at her again (and I mean the shadows and light-fall!)

This is great, author...but I would like it even better without the shark. It holds its own without the dare I say...overused foreboding 'danger' of the shark. In my opinion it sorta cheapens a really cool image.

A bit too much empty space on the sides, particularly on the left. I'd suggest cropping some of the excess away to put the focus more on subject.

The joints need to be where the real joints are, and they should have light & shadow like the one on the neck. Is there supposed to be a broken pane of glass in front of her?

I thought she was decorated with tattoos, rather than being an android with exposed wiring, but the wiring effect is very well done. Nice image. Good work.
