i tried scanning this one in, but...for some reason the scan image looks horrific. so, please excuse my crooked photography, but it looks more like what it does irl. drawn with a fine line bic ball point pen with gel ink on a piece of velum.

No reference used... I find myself more drawn to picasso's blue period, and that is what i was aiming to achieve with this piece. Done in oil pastels on velum bristol.

During a very long sleep, dreams come easy to this princess. But sometimes, she finds herself in the wrong story during her dreams. This time, a trip through wonderland, where she meets up with the cheshire cat. only default brushes used, along with smudge, dodge and burn tools.
I used a few different references for this painting, the main influence being the Madonna del Sassoferrato, oil on copper, a painting by Giovanni Battista Salvi, which is a painting on display in the Vatican. Instead of replacing something, i removed.
