They building at the back is rather blown, while the road is beautiful. try cropping it just above the gate, and I feel you have a much more powerful shot.

I think as the theme goal just dryer is not enough. You should add a power cord with it.

I have seen some much more cluttered and chaotic power line poles myself. Although I would not say it is off theme it is just not too much of a portrayal of chaos by it's definition.

my husband is a lineman---this pole is not really cluttered.

this looks like a standard power pole to me, we have them all over the island. Frisskiwi is right, go to asia if you wanna see chaos on a pole. this is nothing like it.
