To me it makes even more sense, as, where I live, the lady's gesture - the palm of the hand showing, with all five fingers stretched- is the equivalent of giving somebody the finger. Nice capture, author

Author, all I wanted to say is that, even though there is nothing nice about skin afflictions, you've managed through photography to make this particular one look considerably good, and then again only IMHO, as it takes tons of photographic experience, also a keen eye for one to judge images of this kind.
