I couldn't tell what it was, so I honestly think it would be better at its natural angle.

I tried to do this with a black light but just couldn't seem to get "refraction".

it sure looks UP to me and looks like at least 2/3 of the way straight up which is 60 (30 =1/3 60=2/3 90 = 3/3)
