I see the source but it's barely used and your background resolution is way too different. I am guessing you are new too so Welcome to PXLeyes and don't get discouraged.

I would think from this work you are a newbie. I like that you have tried to be creative. To develop your creativity you may like to explore tutorials. (see link at the top of the page) Tutorials will help you create entries of a higher standard, etc. Additionally provide you with an insite to what people look for in comp entries. GL ( sorry if i have made a mistake and your not a new artist)

It's a little simple in my opinion.

I really can't tell you used the source image and without an SBS it's almost impossible.

well you made a mic over a mic ... need to look at his hand on the left, he seems to be missing some.

A couple of things, firstly the masking of the hand could be neater, with the contrast in the source image, it probably would have been easier and cleaner just to use the magic wand tool. If you tried to make the hand look more like the clouds in the background that would have been more effective too - I'm sure there's a tutorial for that somewhere

On pxleyes site is a list of places to explore for "STOCK photos" that is photos that you can use without too much trouble. the link can be found at the top of the page click the link that says "STOCK" Don't worry many of us have struggled with photo sources in the beginning and even had images removed . stick at it , it does get better. GL

nice work author , i like your image. the only thing i could suggest to improve the hair/beard for future entries is not to make the edges so straight. If you look at hair your own hair you can see where the shaft connects to the skin . good example is if you look at granpa's closely you will see where hair connects to skin. the corners of your MOE should hang down over the beard. Please take this as just a little feedback and is ment to help. GL

I don't think you've really managed the effect, I suggest changing the bear colour and trying to add some hair, maybe remove the glasses as well. For the woman you could draw your own wrinkles using another image as reference with the dodge and burn tools.

i think it would help, if you try to remove his beard or change the color of the beard.

I think it needs more work if you were going for making graps look younger. All you did was take away his wrinkles around the cheeks, eyes and forehead but he still looks like grandpa. The white beard doesn't say young. All you did to the woman was give her a moll. Keep working on it. I'll come back and vote later.
