Rainy Day Bokeh New York

In this case, bokeh are in the foreground due to raindrops on the windshield. I liked the way the refracted lights turned this dreary/rainy summer day in New York into a "snow" scene. In PSE5: Converted to black and white, despeckled, reduced noise, soft flat color.
