I like this one alot. I would suggested having more outline of the boat... like it was on fire going through the water, a ghost boat on fire, or just the two guys in the boat on fire!? The sea and boat part of the picture is needed more in your artwork here to bring everything together!

I think you were striving for fire and water, and all I see is water, Maybe retain some of the fire's original shape and color to see the two elements as one, IMHO the entire image just looks like a water spray with some yellow shadowing...

Retaining some of the fire's resolution and color might make it more Yin and Yang

It's a bit blurry, and the gray 'x' marks on the angel are somewhat distracting.

EDIT: Looking better, now maybe you can do some enhancement on their hands. They look missing in this arm wrestling match...

what you can do is, first change the background to white. Then you can have those black eyes cutout on it (but make sure you create the shapes and not copy it from other images, they are much easier to make) as this will give that Black & White color sense of a Panda and the scroll in middle.. I would suggest a noodle strap along the scroll.. Hope these are good..

Dude.. you should work on that "custom shapes" from photoshop thing.. that isn't allowed, I was warned and my entries were on hold whenever I used them. So you better create the bolt as soon as possible before mods can lay their sight on this one..

Hmmm... I'd remove those black dots from nose - they give a piggy nose to "her". And now that he is "she", dress her a bikini up!...
