Kind of reminds me a little of "American Gothic."

I'm not sure what size original you have to play with... but it might be nice to crop it down to just the crowd on the left (about the left half of the present shot). Then, you'd have a bunch of people in kind of drab, light colors, and the one young lady in blue. She would really "pop" then. Just an idea. *shrug*
