Nice grouper. You don't see the really huge ones any more. When I was growing up they would catch them at almost 500 pounds off our island. But when they got that big, they were called "Jewfish" (I don't know why).

Best way to eat trout is to cook up an entire package of bacon, then roll the trout in corn meal and cook it in the bacon grease. You can feel your arteries clog, but man, is it delicious!!!
