I agree with karaflazz... another possibility would be to move to the side and be a bit higher so you are looking up the rows more. The chairs are asking for a shot to show a pattern... need to oblige them.

Possibly if you cropped a bit off of both sides - so that it goes about 10% of the way into both brick columns - it would emphasize the geometry more.

I think we're going to take up a collection to see how much we can raise to get you to actually smile! Love the invisibility of the shirt etc. (for the remote/timer thing - timer would be fine, or... just press the button on the remote with the ball of your thumb instead of the tip and the thumb won't be bent which draws attention to the hand)

I think you did a good job with the lighting - the dilated pupils add a lot
