mmmmmm... I love artichoke
(5 years and 3649 days ago)wow... THAT sure looks appetizing!
(5 years and 3649 days ago)The high res probably isn't showing up because the image isn't big enough. Smaller images won't show high res. You could go into editing and enlarge it (to about 8 x 12 inches min), but that would probably increase the noise. Cool shot, though - they almost look like flowers
(5 years and 3649 days ago)EEEEEEK! Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (a movie sooo bad, it's good)
(5 years and 3649 days ago)Yes, you can do minimal things like that. What you can and can't do are published in the guidelines.
(5 years and 3651 days ago)interesting... thanks for sharing the info
(5 years and 3651 days ago)I was thinking more along the lines of "stupid, and again stupid"
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Cute... might play with brightness and contrast, and/or curves
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Good advice
(5 years and 3651 days ago)simply a medical fact... hopefully it makes some go "hmmmm" so they get checked out
(5 years and 3651 days ago)That guy looks pretty good for 60+
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Veggies don't get much fresher than that
(5 years and 3651 days ago)Would be nice to cut extrememly thin and put on a lightbox to see the patterns better... But you can still see them. It is a little oof though
(5 years and 3651 days ago)That's a happy looking baby
(5 years and 3651 days ago)This does look like a "sweet kiss"
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Nice... might want to play with curves and contrast a little
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Might want to play with the contrast a little
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Are you sure that's wax? Most of those large size dinosaur models aren't
(5 years and 3653 days ago)I remember those. Always liked the juice, but never really liked chewing on the wax. Nice colors
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Yep... I was right. Nice shot, lovely looking ladies
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Redheads rock!
(5 years and 3653 days ago)I bet I know whoi this is... if there's a family resemblance at least.
(5 years and 3653 days ago)Interesting info... thanks
(5 years and 3653 days ago)I never said you could "see" anything. Teen mags are irrelevant. If you want to raise your kids based on their values, have fun living in the world they create. I don't think I'm "overreacting" to anything. I'm not on some crusade to get this picture removed or anything. I simply made an observation. However, I do think it's kind of silly to deny the obvious focal point of the shot. Like I said... fine for adults. 12 year olds are inundated with enough already. Don't need it here too.
(5 years and 3654 days ago)Eat the rich!
(5 years and 3654 days ago)Sorry I struck a nerve. You're right. It's just my opinion. As I said, I have zero problem with this picture - for adults. If this is how you interpret love for your wife, that's your business. For me, I love my wife more for what she has between her ears than her legs. You downplay where the eye is drawn (my only point was for kids). The lines of the legs, as well as our subconscious, immediately draws the eye to one place - as evidenced by the comments "you can't see anything." How would you know if you didn't look? Personally, I tried to teach my sons NOT to look up women's dresses.
(5 years and 3654 days ago)While I agree with your comments for adults, I hardly think a crotch shot is appropriate for the 12 and 14 year olds on here, aside from the inherent message of this shot about what "beauty" and "love" is. Maybe if it included the whole body, but it's obvious what the focus is here.
(5 years and 3655 days ago)While I suppose this shot is fine for a husband and wife, I'm not sure it's appropriate for this site, which has children as members.
(5 years and 3655 days ago)Yeah, I remember those as a kid too
(5 years and 3656 days ago)Yes, a nice shot, but much more than the lips. You say yourself it was to show some jewelry
(5 years and 3656 days ago)That's a nice shot
(5 years and 3656 days ago)Yes. That IS very sad. My condolences.
(5 years and 3658 days ago)Stylin shades!
(5 years and 3658 days ago)Should have taken a step or two to the left... then we wouldn't see you in the reflection, but would still see the tower.
(5 years and 3658 days ago)I think it's perfectly appropriate for this contest. Everyone seems to be interpreting it to mean show a picture of the woman you love, but it doesn't say that at all. That could be ONE way to interpret it, but this seems fine too.
(5 years and 3658 days ago)Very nice... those look great at night
(5 years and 3659 days ago)OK... now, inflate them!
(5 years and 3659 days ago)I like the B&W
(5 years and 3659 days ago)Nice, but there's a bit of noise
(5 years and 3659 days ago)Which one's Mingus?
(5 years and 3659 days ago)That's definitely an interesting path. Cool shot, but just a tiny bit oof
(5 years and 3659 days ago)hrmmm, if you follow that street, towards the cell phone tower, it's more like "into the future."
(5 years and 3659 days ago)I think there's a troll up around the corner
(5 years and 3659 days ago)Nice job of not getting reflections etc. You might crop it a little more closely.
(5 years and 3659 days ago)cool shot... I like the rust on the rail - it makes it more visually interesting
(5 years and 3660 days ago)I don't know where Brasstown is, but this looks a lot like the landscape around where I live
(5 years and 3660 days ago)wow... hard to imagine living your life there
(5 years and 3660 days ago)I do! What are you doing on my property?! Maude, let the dog out!
(5 years and 3660 days ago)Now THIS is a path! Good find, author. Not your standard empty sidewalk. Might play with the contrast just a little
(5 years and 3660 days ago)Looks a lot like where I used to live in Wyoming. Where is this?
