To avoid having an oval planet you must resize the original image in square before applying the "rectangular to polar" filter.

'whodathunkit' a moon and a lamp post! You surely need photographer's eyes to spot this. KUDOS to you for bringing it to us and thereby inspiring all of us to see the world around us with a different perspective and insight.

I like the coldness of blue juxtaposed with a light bulb which is usually warm, so this tricks our brains (my brain, such as it is) into seeing deeper into the photograph because we feel it as well as see it. Nice one. Top notch.

The predominantly large blackness of this shot really makes the focal point(s) jump out at us in clariy. I also think your compoistion is very good to the side like that. This image engages the viewer instantly with hot heat and cold death scene.

KAZAAAAM sharp as a woman's tongue, terrific photo. In our photo club, we have a Nat Geo photographer that went to Korea to do a shoot. When he came back he showed us his images and he tilted many. I think you could tilt this outta the world and it would really look fantabulous, even more!

Do you use high pass filter to get it THAT sharp. Love the fur on the one cat pouncing out at us and how the sister is only slightly diffused. Nice usage of focal ranges.

Achh it is sad when they leave and their paw prints remain forever on our hearts. Yes, you caught her well, she is sharp and clear and cute in a goofball way. The fact she is looking straight at you...and us gives strength to an already strong image. Woof.

Yes, why not ? Good usage of DOF and what a pleasure to see all those colours lined up and presented to us in that slight dynamic composition. Also, your POV is quite nice, not belly button position but you crouched down ....and worked on getting the best possible view....it worked.

After scrolling through all these churches POOF along comes this one that made me giggle. Yes, a well-taken photograph, sharp and I bet if you changed this to black and white the grunge on the church wall would really pop even more. I like this, not many a person would photograph this, it takes a photographer to see beyond the photo. Thank you for this post, it made me smile.
