These little kids are arriving for the first day of school. The one mom (in the stripes) actually followed the bus in her car and came up to her kid as they were lining up to go inside. I don't think the teachers were overly impressed.

Motivation

These two books were published in the United States at the height of WW II. They were to motivate people to support the war effort. Most of the photos are FAR to graphic to show here. The magazine basically portrayed Britain as heroically holding out, but needing the US' help.
