The only thing is, as far as I know, even though the insect has too many single eyes, the one it perceives is the only one image, combined all the information from these eyes. However you might need to fix the shadow of the right legs (on the right of these legs, not on the left, the shadow connects the ends of the leg and the joint on the body, makes the smaller curve compared with the leg itself). What a great scene! That's impressive at the first sign, nice mood and composition. However, after looking carefully to your image, I found out some parts are not correct. Comparing the waterfall in the first source and this one, you can see that the view angle in the source lower than the waterfall, so you can't see the top of the waterfall, but in your image, the view angle changed, now it's on the top of the waterfall, but still no water or stream on top of it can be seen (the waterfall in the bottom). The same problem with the higher waterfall, I found it suddenly appears from the land. Moreover, the light beam under the bridge should have a light source (the bridge itself can't emit the light, right, if it's not the mystical one). Hope that my suggestion can help. Good luck author

Author, I think you should get rid of a black stroke on the left of the door (next to the cat's back). Also if you can make her hair softer (use smudge tool for example) and blur the scene behind the door a bit to be equal to the scene outside, it'll be better. Otherwise, that's a cool job

Author, you've got some problems with shadows here: base on the wood, the light comes from the upper left downward to the lower right, so the shadows of all the 3 birds are wrong. Removing the shadows of the flying birds are easy but change the light casting on the standing bird is difficult, so I suggest you to flip these birds horizontally, they will be fit to the source. Also, the back scene should be blurred more and some tiny glowing spots on the water can help the viewers focus on the center of the image, where should be the main part of your image. Come to the positive points, you have a nice idea and you found a suitable sources (I especially like the standing bird ). Good luck to you

kakarot, I'm sure that's a brush, quite abundant out there. However, author, you did a good job on the fire as the theme of this contest

I though that Waz decides to join the contest again . You did a great job to show your admiration and I respect that. I have some suggestions (beside what Nasir mentions, I totally agree with that): his legs should be much darker (if you use the shadow on the wheels as the standard), the shadows on the wheels should be on the opposite side (it contrasts with the shadow of his legs), the hands need to be more connective to ... whatever in his hands (I mean you need some shadows and curved to fit them together). Moreover, some effects such as softening some edges will improve your images. However, in this resolution, most parts of the image are fine . High marks and best of luck to you
