I agree, it's such a sweet photo, but the cool tones doesn't do it justice.

author, if you want to receive a higher vote, you could include a very detailed SBS.. this would make the end results more impressive as the voter can think about the work you put into this piece (great message by the way)

I see from the source photo that the Hook doesn't have a defined eye hole and when you turned it for the chop you brought the hook into a closer perspective, it would help to have a more real eye hole instead of a blur. it's a very fine work.. perhaps you could blend in a more detailed hook eye into the image.. just IMHO.. you can only see the blur in high res

The contest goal states "but it can't show any living being or suggest any type of motion". You might want to change your image before it gets removed.

Cool idea. I like the non-traditional use of orange, but the sky seems kind of blah and in need of more-dramatic saturation. Compositionally, the centering of the sun, city, and foreground UFO is also kind of blah. (I'd move the sun left and the front UFO right for a diagonal composition—which would require a sun reflection in the water since the UFO shadow would no longer block it.) The identical blurring of the lights of each of the UFOs regardless of their distance from the viewer/photographer weakens their impact IMO.

Not so sure the helmet is the focal point of the photo. Nic shot though author.

u forgot to remove the area between the girl and the scooter from your source image..and i also think that u should add some contrast to the original contest image to get a more realistic blend between sources..

I know the car is like that in the original image, but in the entry it seems to me as if it has flat tyres. Maybe you could "inflate" them a bit...

The cloning of the stones on the large wall looks too patterned, with a couple really noticeable stripes running across...
The top of the wall with the advertising is too lumpy and blurry. You need to clean up and even that wall top edge...
And the "new" car is too sharp of focus for the rest of the image. If you gave it just the slightest bit of a layer blur, it would better fit into the image.

everything looks great except for his left eye. It is still blurry.

The eyelid looks better......but the hair looks blurry...needs to be re done.........cut out sections from the original and paste them in front where it recedes. Then just make the hair darker.

His left eye looks still looks a bit lazy mayby adjust that?
