My mom from a photograph of her made in 1945 when she was 16 years old. I used basic shapes (eliptical and rectangle marquee) pen tool, brushes and smudge tool. Dodge and burn also used. This is NOT a trace , I was striving for accuracy. Thanks

Where I come from Peach farms are big business. Different growers and packing houses, around the country, use a brand label for the containers that are used in the shipping of their product. The art work on these labels has become somewhat of a folk art genre of their own, and is collectable.

MATERIALS: Color pencils drawn on Vellum. This was cut out with scissors and a xacto knife placed on black 90lb card stock. Final piece was scanned at 600 dpi for upload. I had a great time doing this little project. thats what it's all about anyway!
