The weed head is well focused and the depth of field is good. May I suggest that you look at cropping the image, taking out some of the top and right, so that the weed head is on a line of third rather than in the centre. This will also remove some of the distracting bright colours and draw more attention to the weed.

I find this shot very interesting, quite captivating really, love the lighting.

I like how you have included the boat that is high and dry, up on the grass.

It's looking better, I think it could be moved down, just a tiny bit more, and also the plant under the caterpillar would be in his shadow.

Nicely done , one thing, the little branch he's on looks like it is a bit too high. Compare to your reference image, the plant is seen in between his "middle feet" and below his "front feet"

I like the overall scene and what you have done with the candles. However, I feel the glowing edge around your ghost is far too strong, I feel my eyes are drawn to it rather than the ghost himself.
