Hi. I just saw your question on my "citrus" picture in my album. Sorry it took so long, but I don't go to my albums very often. basically, I sliced the fruit very thinly. Then, I placed them on a sheet of glass which was at about a 45 degree angle. Then, put the light source behind it so it shines through the fruit slices. It kind of makes them glow. If you try it, be sure to have the light BELOW the table or whatever the glass is on so the actual light source can't be seen. Good luck!
