However, if you are not planning to enter 3 images, just red flag it and say image too small, and then enter a better size as a new entry. Chances are that by now you would have got quite a few low votes, so a new entry would be better.

Mmm after looking at the comments, I find out is not my monitor. A bit small the image, a shame, cause with better resolution I bet is a great shot.

Beautiful fall colors but a pixelized image is less than desirable too most IMHO .
I would consider a retake for better results.
