IMO, a raising or lowering of the horizon to more closely follow the rule of thirds, ( I would show more sky) plus a closer view of the kites or parasails, coupled with a hi res would have been a better presentation.

IMO, a stark grey scale on this image would of added to the overall feeling of being alone. Just my opinion though.
