Nice idea - I don't think you need the one behind tho - it's more effective in its simplicity.

You need to rethink your shadows, given the overcast sky. Also, your acorn looks distorted? Otherwise a nice image.

Try using a smaller brush for the clone tool - it take longer but makes for a more realistic blend (and watch out as you can see where you copied). Cute animal!

Cool idea but kill the lens flare...find your own sky with light source, it's much more effective (the lens flare filter looks bad unless it's used well - which isn't often)...

Good idea but at the moment the chest looks like it's floating as there is no differentiation beween surface and background. Add some shadows to create a sense of belonging.

Cool image. I'd put the colour overlay over the shield too as it doesn't seem to quite fit in, and work a little more on the floor..

I'm not getting the blue blood thing or the text on the wall. Work on your shadows also, the sword shadow would be further away and the skull would only really have shadow under. Also, brighten your bricks up - at the mo they have a 'blue' tinge. Good luck.

I like the mood myself. You need to spend a bit more time cutting the background out from the bushes, and the sky background looks very low resolution which is a shame.
