Her left shoulder (RH side) is jammed up beneath her neck.

I like the colors & your BG, you should however indicate the filter used to make those feather-like shapes.
There are a few problems with the masking, that black foreground that doesn't look to appealing( I'm sure that light-clouds would do better) - proportions need some adjustments, since she looks like having huge deltoids and neck muscles.
The clavicles & a thin neck are indicators of feminine, not just the cleavage .

the eyes are too green for me, but pretty nice use of liquify tool, still looks natural

EDIT: After looking at this picture several times.. I know what this reminds me of.. it's the Powers of HAVOC from the marvel comic books..he use to throw those circular hoops off his body.. I think he was a ancient Egyptian power god descendant or something.. couldn't get it out of my mind LOL

Nice image, colors & composition I would have kept the background source in its original state would have loved to see these over that water & get some reflections in there….. but that personal preference…..
