Nice ligthing, and a great blend of different sources, i would try to add a blue overlay with a low opacity to help contrast the harsh browns and oranges. Otherwise, great job!

Yeah remind me never to never order from this chinese restaurant. And just a small nitpick, the edges around the millipede need a little attention, even noticable in low res. Try liquefy/push tool to smooth them out or poly lasso tool.

Finally! A nice one to look at! I would suggest slightly burning the outer edges of the cloth, but everything else looks great!
