Purple Orchid In Blue Vase

MATERIALS: Color pencils drawn on Vellum. This was cut out with scissors and a xacto knife placed on black 90lb card stock. Final piece was scanned at 600 dpi for upload. I had a great time doing this little project. thats what it's all about anyway!

I did this about 7 years ago, it was for line practice. I never got around to shading or coloring it and to be honest, I never really figured out which would look best on it. The drawing took over a week to do, had to restart a couple of times and lots of erasing along the way. No 2 Pencil art...
