I don't know if the sponge tool is allowed in the entries, dodge & burn are so it would pay to check beforehand

a very nice overall photo. composition is done well, along with the rule of thirds is used nicely. the tree is a bit dark, if u have p.s. try using the "sponge" with "saturation" at about 10% or so and just go over it a few times to bring out the color in the leaves. again, a very lovely photo...thanks for sharing
