in hi res you can see that the wings don't cover the tattoo where they should, for some reason the tatto covers the wings.

i too like the concept,
i don't get why there aren't any girls in the guy's left side.
and maybe even behind him and in front of him.

Coins are too sharp in comparison to the background.
And the reflections in the water doesn't blend so good with the water.

really nice, but i have two problems
i think there are a bit too much flowers, you can't see the picture.
and the fact that all the flowers face forward makes it seem a bit unnatural.
maybe you should find some flowers facing other direction and add them as well.
