Great story, love scifi, and very cool painting with other ps effects. Have always loved the 'red planet' stories.
(5 years and 3201 days ago)Nicely done, and yes, that's what I saw, too, Mr. Big - the heat maybe from the burst of energy for a new chop idea.
(5 years and 3201 days ago)OMG - I must say, this is one of your wildest chops ever!
(5 years and 3201 days ago)Did the fleas need to flee? Or were they too grumpy when the new dog came to the 'hood? The things you do with body parts..... love the larva idea.
Excellent work! Really great copywriting on the poster, too.
(5 years and 3201 days ago)Jeez, 'keyline' - haven't seen or heard that term in decades!!!
So cute! Great construction and that reverse flood is clever, as is that beautiful gardenia for the background.
(5 years and 3201 days ago)Brilliant way to make the glasses! and very whimsical character.
(5 years and 3202 days ago)And hey, I know of this place and the guy who owns it (a childhood friend of my brothers) - at one point he also had a location in Miami, on the second floor of a stripmall, hence the name 'loft'. I sure hope this place has encouraged traffic to his neighbors once again. If not, they could use one of your Jolly guys.
Nice work, Bubba!
(5 years and 3202 days ago)OMG, this is amazing work! Reminds me of Asian carvings, Celtic knots or ceramic sculptures. Deco colors for sure, tho. It's most excellent, author!
(5 years and 3208 days ago)This is excellent! The grays/black and splash of red give it a deco feel, but also ultra contemporary - love the rivets detail, they give it the Starship Enterprise ambiance. Agree with Crystle!!
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Beautiful work, especially on the hat - good info, too.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)wow, author, you obviously have done a lot of research or just know the art deco style very well! This indeed looks very realistic - just the one tiny nitpick is that the branches on the vine look a bit flat. But overall, it gives me the impression of a bougainvillea plant - and they DO tend to take over if not kept trimmed. This is stunning work IMHO.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Now this is some nice art deco! Very cool radio, and nicely contrasted against the soft fabric, looks like it's on a bed.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Absolutely beautiful work, author.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Fantastically creative! And I also like the way you used the orange to accent just a few pieces.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Really cool concept here, and great integration of the stone face into the tree. Icy, surreal, I like this one a lot! ;-D
(5 years and 3208 days ago)Stunning work as usual, you never cease to amaze me in how you find these flower shapes - no matter what the source, you can 'find' them.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Unique take on this, author. Hmmm, that's either some new cheese.......
(5 years and 3209 days ago)or some old meat! (I think from the Odd Couple)
Really nice work, great rusty and antique feeling. Bam-bam Flintstone would love it!
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Brilliant work! To all who question the blur - IMHO it's MOVING! being sucked down the throat of that beast in the back. Great cleanup job, author, and really creative work.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)I didn't see it before, but totally agree with Arca, it's quite unique, I like it!
(5 years and 3209 days ago)I'm not familiar with that song or group, but that's definitely an 80s look!! Well done, and I can say that from experience.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Sorry, MossyB, but maybe you're just too young to appreciate this style of art - and yes, it IS a style. Well done, author.
What are those chocolate things??? Reminds me of some peanutbutter-chocolate cheesecake pops I made once......
That's one heckofa ride he's got! Very nice work on the guitar also.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Yeeeeeeee-haaaaa!
LOL, it's a shoe 'spat'!!! How funny, and always great colors.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Bubbles is a font? Where'd ya get that, love those shapes.
OMG, this is amazingly clever!!! Great job, author.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)For when you need to 'jet around town'!
Nicely done, great summertime shoes!
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Very well chopped - agree with Sphinx.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Is there a matching alligator bag?
*click-click-click* LOL!!
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Looks like Bruce needs some help! Funny heels those shoes have - gives new meaning to 'high heels'.
Soo clever, so cute. He's Not Heavy, He's My (Baby) Brother!
(5 years and 3209 days ago)This is adorable, love the little Kar guy in the car, but especially those huge 'shrooms with the duster inside! Another kid's book candidate.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Nicely done, and great concept. I always loved the Wizard of Oz story of the Emerald City, and just realized why - the emerald is my birthstone.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)Well done! This is very cool, author. It's clever, wtih great additional elements.
(5 years and 3210 days ago)Those sure are some wild and crazy friends you got, author, and one more gittin' ready to join the air show.
(5 years and 3211 days ago)Great bright colors on a clear flyin' day in your 'hood! Nice chop.
Realy cool, author, and great colors for this.
(5 years and 3211 days ago)Pretty cool image, author. I love how you saw a 'hand' of sorts in the plasma image.
(5 years and 3211 days ago)LOL, Wish You Were Here kind of postcard!
(5 years and 3211 days ago)West Dakota.....
Very clever use of source, author, good design and copywriting, too.
O-M-G, I'm just sitting here going thru your sbs, this is hilarious. Love the beanie cap from the source, the spiderurchin creature thingy, and what you do with surinum cherries.....
(5 years and 3215 days ago)Hilarious! yeah, they sure are noisy birds, especially when they spot a tasty morsel like you've got for them!
(5 years and 3215 days ago)LOL at your step 14...... another creative work, author!
LOL, atsa some o'lotta balls you got!
(5 years and 3215 days ago)Whiskers on kittens (and bright-colored mittens) - very cute idea, author, nicely painted.
(5 years and 3215 days ago)Very nicely done, author, especially the burnt end of the stick.
(5 years and 3215 days ago)This one's great - nice job on lowering the opacity on the bottle to see the little varmint's hand through it!
(5 years and 3215 days ago)omg, it does look like Bush! How on earth is this possible? I'm thinking it's the old man's eyes....... well done, author.
(5 years and 3215 days ago)I have heard about the idea to flip a source image upside down, and you have done this very nicely, author! I like the muted colors.
(5 years and 3215 days ago)Wildly creative! Love the way you used the rocks around the creature's face, and how you made the body. Step 17, the creature and the disk it sits on could make a really cool pond sculpture. Interesting theory and bio lesson, too.
(5 years and 3216 days ago)Great concept, author, nicely done.
(5 years and 3216 days ago)Nice work, and good story!
(5 years and 3216 days ago)Very nice creation, author.
