Fantastic, love the way you made the mouths of the little bulbies! Kind of reminds me of platelets and the movie Fantastic Journey.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Very cute, nice fur work!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Fabulous design, a lot of very good work here, must see hi-res, lots of good details, especially the crest. Love the added shells and smoke.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Do ya think the perps 'll get it, SlushMan?
Cool idea. The ridges and color remind me of Fiestaware dishes (starting in the 30s). Could this be the Vortex de La Fiesta?
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Yikes, this would make a great image for a steroid ad! Well done, and the B/W works well for this.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)OhMyGawwwwwwwwwwd!!!!!! Too funny, and that copy on the right - I'm sure it's perfect! LOL, who does "herms" hair?!!!
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Lots of good work here, a shame it's not larger so we can see it better - next time! Good unique idea, author.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)I wish the book cover was more in focus, but the work on the stand and incense holder is wonderful, they're great additions.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)OMG, it's amazing how you see images from the simplest combinations. Salty SeaJerk Chicken futuristic food cubes and vitamin pellets!!!
(5 years and 3229 days ago)I liked the over saturated colors of the building, but this works great for 50s horror!
(5 years and 3229 days ago)*smiling* Love the 'helmet' and the rest of the armor, so creative. I hope no kitties were harmed in the making of this entry! LOL, a true 'tuxedo' cat, sweet baby.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Very modernistic approach, clever work, author. I'm not sure what it means, but that's what makes it true art!
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Very clever, love the flower and feather!!!
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Great concept for this, and really nice exectution - I guess the former owner of this antique is still in control of it - I'd be as freaked out as the deer!
(5 years and 3230 days ago)WOW, incredible work, author! Good job on all the different lighting details. Your sbs would make a great tutorial!
(5 years and 3230 days ago)Nicely done, love the monochromatic look to this, it gives the image a kind of eerie feel. My small monitor is nothing special and I can see the boat just fine.
(5 years and 3230 days ago)Really nice work, author, all those adjustments made for a very effective change. I have been on those very beaches, and this looks incredibly realistic. Love moonbaths!
(5 years and 3230 days ago)This is delightful and whimsical, author. I credit your creativity in using a different portion of the source other than the main object in it. Love the combination of image and digital painting, too.
(5 years and 3230 days ago)This is brilliant! Your step 8 - LMAO, this reminds me of muppets. You are a true visionary, author.
(5 years and 3230 days ago)What a cool effect on the 'tv' section!
(5 years and 3230 days ago)Not familiar with either of those movies, but know the channel 02.
How 'bout Jumangi? Taking over from the inside out, surviving on the moisture from the melting snow.
Fantastic details on the bird, very nice overall, and perfect for source.
(5 years and 3230 days ago)Clever concept and great scan idea.
(5 years and 3230 days ago)Eye can relate!
Very nice! Ditto the first three commentors. Oh, good work behind you, too.
(5 years and 3232 days ago)You definitely look like you're in your element.
Jee, before I even read all the comments, my thought was 'Alas, poor Yorick, I knew him well." Nicely done, author.
(5 years and 3232 days ago)OMG - good one! That's a loooong swallow!
(5 years and 3232 days ago)Great job with initial transformation of source, then the arrangement, and finally a scifi concept - a winner any day in my book! Warp speed, Scottie....... engage.
(5 years and 3233 days ago)Just looked up the name - SWAY to go, author!
Very nicely done, author.
(5 years and 3233 days ago)Amazing talent shown here!!! Great job, author.
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Great job with this one, author! Love the futuristic retro feel. Bravo!
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Love the force field! Great image, author.
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Love this, especially your step 15, really clever shapes you've got!
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Incredibly realistic work, great job, author!
(5 years and 3236 days ago)A shame the ear(s) that were 'hard' don't show, but this is very cool work! Love the way the mask is 'broken apart'.
(5 years and 3236 days ago)This is so well thought out, love the art, layers, etc. but LOVE the title! So fitting for the true artist that you are, author.
(5 years and 3236 days ago)Brilliant! Love the colors, but especially the warped shapes - and the creative terrain!
(5 years and 3236 days ago)My thoughts exactly, Chalty! Fantastic work, author, love this different approach.
(5 years and 3237 days ago)Nice source finds, great creepy job!
(5 years and 3237 days ago)FABULOUSLY creative!!!!! You've got quite a painting talent, author.
(5 years and 3237 days ago)That Image of the Day on the NASA site has been a bookmark of mine for a long time, Dragoncide, those images ARE ok to use on this site, or for non-commercial purposes, as MossyB states. As far as this particular tut, yes, it's frustrating if you're not a member, but the images and video that they DO show should be enough for an artist to come up with something like they show. Author, you've done a very commendable job here, looks good to me! SBS is well done also.
(5 years and 3240 days ago)Clearly copyrighted, good sleuthing, dekwid!
(5 years and 3241 days ago)This is cool! Sort of a pith helmet for the Jetsons gang.
(5 years and 3242 days ago)Very nice, I like how you built up the colors, this has great dimension.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)Pretty flowers, and really nice work on the lips.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)This is quite beautiful work author, and I like what you did with the wall and table as well.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)Very cool! Knowing nothing about the complexities of 3D animation, this looks great to me, including your background, textures and lighting. Next step: sound.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)After that: Pixar!
I'm in awe of the work here, the complexity, especially steps 3 and 5, is amazing! Just a little nitpick, I'd add more depth of color on the large white area with the knobs, but other than that, it's fantastic. Yes, you should do the triptych idea, you've done work that does not show in this image. Print it out large and frame it for your brother.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)Yes, agree with greymval, the modern style - amazingly realistic, thought it was a photo!
(5 years and 3243 days ago)Nice work, I like the reflection of the beacon's light through the grass.
(5 years and 3243 days ago)This is a good clean job. Would you please come and do my driveway?
(5 years and 3243 days ago)Wow, agree, very nice! Cool shape on the striped piece and overall futuristic feel.
