Ha! Knew this one would do well, congrats, great chop!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Well, well, congrats indeed!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Congrats on making it in under the wire!
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Good idea for this source author. Nice fix on the two round shadows. My suggestion, see if you can put a green and a red glow behind each lens. I'll wait to vote.
(5 years and 3362 days ago)Really creative work on the statues, love that you used the parrot's eye! and that you left just a little color in the three men, and kept the bkgd in grayscale.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)LOL, combover - I remember this clown! Would be good to see it sitting on a table or shelf.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)beautiful work, author, love the sweeping lines and colors.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Yikes, that's a lot of externals! But worth it, beautiful image is the result, very creative.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)The "One" is very interesting, love the colors and eerie feeling. Nice job!
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Wow, fantastic work on this, love the use of dinosaurs' skeletons. Great image for Pandora's Box theme.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Nice concept and work on this piece.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)LOL, off the top of MY head, I'm thinking this could be Marge Simpson's great-grandma! Hmmm, in the sitting room with the candlestick? Funny concept, author.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Fantastic drawing along with use of source.
(5 years and 3363 days ago)Scary truth. Very good work, love the details on the silo.
(5 years and 3364 days ago)This is so whimsical and creative, author.
(5 years and 3365 days ago)For "anyone's" information, THIS is what you call art. It does not matter how or where the artist drew inspiration, for the title or the piece itself. Art is a personal thing, you either get it or you don't. Bravo to you, author, for your retort. Maybe if certain people who seem to blurt out idiotic comments would just sit back, and look at the piece, they'd learn something. Having a 'runny mouth' to put it nicely, isn't nice, it's rude, and does nothing to inspire either the artist or anyone else who happens by to notice the work.
This is one of the most creative talents on this site, IMHO, and the work should be cheered on and encouraged. If you don't like it, that's fine, just go back to your corner, hide behind your keyboard, and do your own mundane pieces.
OMG, this is fantastic surgery, doctor! didn't realize you also used the eagle's eye for the man, very nice work indeed, and cute addition of the hat for his buddy.
(5 years and 3365 days ago)This is a cool looking world with two moons! Love that you worked with the pterosaur, too. thanks for sharing that tut, it's a good one.
(5 years and 3366 days ago)Just in time for the start of the holidays! Love the spidey and skull....... and lighting effects, lots of good work with that.
(5 years and 3366 days ago)Too funny! Now you've got ME snorting and giggling. What you did for step 5 cracks me up!
(5 years and 3367 days ago)Awwwww, my thoughts exactly! Terrific job.
(5 years and 3368 days ago)Oddly shaped, but TOTALLY cool! Nice work, author.
(5 years and 3369 days ago)Congrats once again, Tucker!
(5 years and 3369 days ago)Simple, clever and very believable for this theme.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)I love this, and the fun you had is evident, author! So creative, love the hat and scarf, palette, everything is well executed.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)Love the title and that you took a different angle on this (pun intended!), very nicely done.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)A few little nitpicks, but overall this is so cute and well thought out. I love the whimsy of the little character!
(5 years and 3370 days ago)I sure would not have thought of using glass block (LOL, nice Home Depot construction!), but this does look like some ooey-gooey still-wet dark chocolate! Nice work on this one, author.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)The plants just beyond the far end of the wall probably could have been erased a bit more, or entirely, and I agree with Nator about the thing hanging, but I do like the mood of this and the other elements used.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)Love this modern version of Yosemite Sam! and great addition of the flag.
(5 years and 3370 days ago)Ditto what Arca said, and I love the green. Your step 5 - LOL re: the 'magic generators'. Very nice work, author. Anything scifi, shiny AND green gets my attention every time!
(5 years and 3370 days ago)Very nice job getting the plane behind the flames!
(5 years and 3370 days ago)I like your concept, however the main part of the jar appears to have no thickness. If you could move the images 'inside' up from the bottom and in from the sides to give the glass more dimension, it'll be more believable that these are in the jar. I'll wait to vote - GL!
(5 years and 3370 days ago)edit: yes, that's lots better! now, if you can move the image inside to the right a tiny bit to make the glass thickness a little more even, and bring up the opacity on the sides like you have the bottom of the jar, that will be a huge improvement!
Spectacular details in this and great colors.
(5 years and 3371 days ago)Slinky does the Shimmy!
(5 years and 3375 days ago)I think this is a good job, author, but would probably benefit to have an original cartoon listed for reference for those not familiar with this one. And for heaven's sake, send those kids some ProActiv!!!
(5 years and 3376 days ago)Oooh, that is one spooky looking cemetary. Nice additional shapes and colors.
(5 years and 3376 days ago)This is so silly! ah, you're showing your age with that 'dagnabbit' title!
(5 years and 3376 days ago)Maybe another kids' book illustration.
Good concept and nice work, especially lowering opacity on the dress and scarf.
(5 years and 3376 days ago)Reminds me of Andy Warhol work.
(5 years and 3377 days ago)Cool combination of elements here, nicely blended.
(5 years and 3377 days ago)This is not your great-great-great-grandma's amphora! Beautiful work once again, especially with both programs.
(5 years and 3377 days ago)Fantastic image. Love the use of source image, blues and use of that flood filter.
(5 years and 3377 days ago)Wow. this is such a serene image, I can almost 'hear the quiet' and feel the brisk air. Nicely done, author.
(5 years and 3378 days ago)Scary lyrics, but very nice chop to tell the story. Nice combination of the elements, they're simple, but make a profound statement.
(5 years and 3378 days ago)Very nice work here, author. I like both versions of her hair, and I'm loving that sub!
(5 years and 3379 days ago)Nice adjustment on the vocalist, author, and great choice of her. This fits the song title perfectly!
(5 years and 3381 days ago)Nice work, I wonder if these images inspired you?

Really clever, nice work! and I love that one of the chicks has two eyes and more of a 3/4 face view.
(5 years and 3382 days ago)Extra votes for humor on this one, great concept and advertisement!
(5 years and 3384 days ago)Very creative idea, author.
