I knew I wanted to rust this car, just couldn't decide what setting to use. I think this one worked out o.k.

There's nothing flashy or spectacular here. I wanted to place the sunflower in a suitable setting. Careful consideration was given to the scale of the chickadee vs. the flower head. I decided on the current size based on personal experiences and observations. Sunflower sizes can vary widely, giving ...
I drew this from my head starting last weekend. SBS will follow tomorrow, as I left my preliminary sketches at work. Ah- Correction- I have the prelims on my flash drive with me. Sorry about the quality. I didn't have access to a scanner where I was working on it.

This was a challenge, as I have no drawing pad, so as a lefty, I drew it with the mouse & my right hand. Really makes me appreciate pencils. :) This scene is totally from my head. there are no references.
A structurally oriented font from the Plebius scrolls. ;)
The founding fathers decided another draft was in order. Ok here it goes again. This is the 3rd attempt to get this to load. Thanks to kelly taylor (quill), and Ben Dodson (watch & hand).

This pot was inspired by some of the ancient pots I remember from art history. I did a quick sketch of two pots & chose to go with the older style. There are no references used.

Snapper and dairy cow. The photos are mine.
This was done with a 005 Micron pen over a light pencil sketch and quite a few hours. The pencil was erased early in the process. Yoyu may have to view high res to see the dots(yes they are there :) No references were used.

This painting took a very long time. I was unhappy with the lower portion at one point because it detracted from the composition, so I changed it from shear cliff to a more gradual grassy slope with some rocks. There is no reference but memory and imagination. The sky was built from many many layers...

The figure in the picture was taken by me. The buildings were not from any particular source. I browsed some pictures from the ruins to get a general feel for the architecture & made my own using good old 1-point perspective. I also asked a few questions of ChaCha(424424) on the cell phone regar...

This entry uses the source and my own photo only. The SBS is brief because the methods were limited mostly to erasers and cloning with some brush work at the end. The soldier layer was divided into two so I could slightly blur the one to the rear. They were then set on Luminosity.

This was inspired by a snowy day off. Thanks to Torindkflt through Wikimedia. Other photos used are mine.
Please see the SBS. All objects are created from the source, except the background, which was done from a partial tutorial, http://www.digitalartsonline.co.uk/tutorials/index.cfm?featureid=1792, so thanks to them for that. The green plants are from the barricade, the fish are from the blinker light,...

The perspective isn't perfect here, but the stone masons had one hell of a time.

No references were used. The clouds were painted with assistance of an excellent cloud brush tutorial from http://www.tutorialized.com/view/tutorial/Clouds-Tutorial-By-Genny/64650. I use my own methods with my brush, including adding perspective for greater depth.
