I like the shadows below their snouts.
(5 years and 972 days ago)I empathize with the man above Coke bottle. Perhaps make Coke bottle a bit less contrasty. If you lighten the shadows of bottle it'll fit into the image a bit more.
(5 years and 972 days ago)Great image! Small suggestion. If you darken the face of the wolf a bit it will fit in those shadows a bit more. Love your source finds. Nice composite.
(5 years and 972 days ago)I like it. But...I think it has a bigger impact the way you have it in your entry as it is. Thanks for trying it and letting me know!
(5 years and 975 days ago)This is really cool. I almost wonder what it would like if you reversed the color...and had the majority be sepia or black and white...and the phone image in color. Just a thought...Nice work!
(5 years and 975 days ago)I really like the overall feel of this image. The dreamy smoke at the feet is a nice touch. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 975 days ago)I enjoy the humor in this. Putting shades on one of the dudes leaning in and having the focal light beam hitting one of them would send this to the stratosphere. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 975 days ago)I especially like the left figure's head angle and the yonder she's looking to. GL, author!
(5 years and 975 days ago)This made me laugh. It's a nice entry, but when it makes me laugh...it gets a good vote. Great job, author!
(5 years and 975 days ago)Love the use of source. Made me chuckle. Great.
(5 years and 975 days ago)Nice job with the shadows from the leaves. Cool blending. Thought it was you!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Yep! This is good stuff!!!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)I love the imaging and color. Perfect! Not crazy about the fonts or placement though.
(5 years and 2498 days ago)The SCREAMS exciting and the color is amazing! The whole thing is really nicely done. It's awesome but then it peters out at the bottom with the date and location. The rest is perfect.
(5 years and 2498 days ago)I like this poster. The justified left throughout doesn't work for me. Nice work with the clown sources. This looks like it might be for a county circus. Something smaller and more local than a nationwide one. Nice job on this, author!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)The two thirds of the top poster is really cool. I'm not crazy about the font usage. The bottom copy looks almost to ordinary to be a 'circus' poster. I respect your decision to use it...just doesn't seem to fit. I would have also used the year too. Nice job overall, author!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)I really like this perspective and take on the main source. Nice to see it in a different position. Also like the color in the water area. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Unfortunately these types of entries don't fit into the 'wow' factor for most people. I can appreciate the effort since this is what is sometimes required in the 'retoucher's' world. Good work, author.
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Really like the color scheme here. Visually stimulating.
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Disturbingly cool. I knew it was you the minute I saw this!
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Very nice depth and color. I like the burst of light to the right too.
(5 years and 2498 days ago)Nicely done and unique idea!
(5 years and 2651 days ago)Really great stuff! I love this image. Didn't know you had such excellent drawing skills, but I am not surprised.
(5 years and 2651 days ago)Perfectly on theme and quite funny. The result of your image is exactly the irony I was thinking of for this contest. The idea of a calculator without an equals sign button is hilarious. Who the hell needs to see digits appear without a purpose? Great. It would also be funny if the space that once occupied the equals button had a a button to change colors of the numbers or something just as stupid.
(5 years and 2651 days ago)Really nice work, author. Thought it might be you!
(5 years and 2660 days ago)Really like the flooring and smoke. I only wish the platform had more texture and shape. Possibly a shadow or reflection. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 2660 days ago)Yep...nice job. I also love those trees.
(5 years and 2660 days ago)Really well done. This made me smile.
(5 years and 2660 days ago)Excellent choice. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2660 days ago)Way to think outside the box on the source image! Nice job author! Creative.
(5 years and 2660 days ago)This is creepy, but really well done. Nice job! Ha! It all makes sense why this is so good.
(5 years and 2661 days ago)Love this image.
(5 years and 2661 days ago)Excellent choice to go black and white on the whole image. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2661 days ago)Really like the separated duotone look of this image.
(5 years and 2661 days ago)Really like your lighting and shadows. Nicely done author! Can't think of any way to improve.
(5 years and 2661 days ago)Lol...can only imagine what the other sheep are thinking. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2662 days ago)You should get extra points for good humor. Nice job!
(5 years and 2662 days ago)Good use of image inverse. Like the colors too. Nice job.
(5 years and 2662 days ago)If you change the lightness of the gals, it might give more variance to the image and keep it from looking 'cookie cutter' like. Good luck!
(5 years and 2662 days ago)The trees are somewhat transparent. Was this intentional? Love the use of color and subject. If the transparency isn't intentional...I would try and fix that. It creates confusion. Maybe that's intentional too.
(5 years and 2662 days ago)I'm not surprised....here. Brilliant job! I absolutely LOVE the slight transparency of the fin showing the instrument. Bubbles are awesome too. I only have a 'bamboo' no fancy brush settings for me.
(5 years and 2794 days ago)I really like the color scheme of this image. Very pleasing. Nice job!
(5 years and 2794 days ago)Agree with CMYK...might want to adjust your edges of the castle. They are inconsistent...sometimes they have a hard edge and sometimes it's soft. Really nice idea and general look is really cool.
(5 years and 2794 days ago)This is great! I have a small suggestion...her dress looks pretty stark white and neutral...but in this setting...it would have a greenish cast to it. Perhaps try making a new layer and set it to 'color' mode...then using a soft brush...try a medium opacity and sample the green color as your foreground....then paint over areas of the dress. Don't make it too uniform looking. Maybe just blend greenish color from both sides of the dress...having slightly less green showing in the front of the dress. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 2794 days ago)Turtle romance.
(5 years and 2794 days ago)This surely made me smile. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2794 days ago)Perhaps lighten the furthest area of shadow behind the creature...this will help imo. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2794 days ago)Unique and creative way to think outside the box for this source image. It made me smile. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2794 days ago)I can tell a lot of work went into this. Nice job, author...you wasted absolutely no possible usage for this source.
(5 years and 2794 days ago)This is creepy in a good way. I like what you've done, author...maybe put a surface highlight where there would be an eyeball. That would really seal the deal for me imo.
