I'm not into the idea of telling you to crop out the black space at the top. If you like it and it's part of the 'mood' then leave it. If you were unaware of it...then crop it and you'll have a tighter composition.

I like the overall look of this, but a few things come to mind. I agree with erathion about the source of the actress not being useable...but you have nearly stark white areas around the arms. There's no shape at all. Hands nearly look to appear from nowhere. Maybe allow some tone back into those areas.

This is just really well done. Rather eye candy to me. The only little suggestion I have is see if you might be able to put some definition on the center area of her nose. Right now to me it gets lost. Perhaps shade the right side just slightly darker from the middle of her nose to the right. I'm only suggesting this because I really like this and think it might help.

Funny image...but there almost seems to be a bit too much contrast on the face compared to the rest of the body.
