Nice work...put an additional shadow slightly darker closer to the body and offset a bit and this will really rock!
(5 years and 3755 days ago)EDIT: Yeah baby!!!
I like the overall feel of this. Intricate detail abound. Not sure if I like the canvas texture...it isn't too distracting...but I think I'd like this more without it...imo.
(5 years and 3755 days ago)Increase reflection under her a bit and maybe add a slight shadow and this will be...!!! It already rocks!
(5 years and 3755 days ago)Take a look around...what he's talking about is another entirely different contest that uses an alpaca animal as it's source. Hope that helps.
(5 years and 3755 days ago)Cool perspective created here...ditto 'yahidithmonnalisa'...(whew!)
(5 years and 3755 days ago)I like the use of sources here. Nice perspective...very pleasing.
(5 years and 3755 days ago)This made me laugh. I like the reflections too...but the reflection has more detail showing in its tailfin than the actual fish. What happened to the top of the tailfin?
(5 years and 3755 days ago)EDIT: Understood author! Makes sense...really funny image!
Nice job! Might want to soften some of your edges of the geisha and watch the outlining around the shoulder, arm and hand. Great composition though...
(5 years and 3755 days ago)This makes me blink! Ouch! Nice job. Unless this is a mannequin...it almost seems that the shadow would behave differently directly on the eye. Also, just a nitpick...perhaps lighten top area of shadow furthest away... Excellent work!
(5 years and 3755 days ago)Simple and sweet. NIce job! Yes...do adjust the shadow to line up with feet.
(5 years and 3756 days ago)EDIT: Much better! It needs to be pulled just a bit more to match the foot length.
Nice work! Imaginative and cool.
(5 years and 3756 days ago)Very nice! Possibly soften the edge of the back of stage and wall. A beaut!!
(5 years and 3756 days ago)This is a nice image. I would like it more if it didn't have the corner lines of each diamond showing depth. Right now, the chess pieces are floating. If you remove the lines and give the chess pieces a set down shadow it will really help.
(5 years and 3756 days ago)EDIT: I was liking the less saturated previous version more, but I DO like the edits to those lines mentioned above. Your set shadows are currently wrapping too far around bottom of pieces. Cut them off where the piece width ends softly.
Really nice image...would have loved to see a high res of this.
(5 years and 3757 days ago)I really like this image...good job, but there's a line (shift) just to the left of the 'ground ball'...might want to eliminate that...
(5 years and 3757 days ago)The blue die has a dark edge where it meets the red die...eliminate that and this will be a real pleasing image.
(5 years and 3757 days ago)Boy's expression is perfect! Shark is too blurry. Bet you could find a better one to use with better lighting too. Good luck!
(5 years and 3757 days ago)I would say 'practical' was not a requirement here...good job!
(5 years and 3757 days ago)Looks really . Too bad you didn't save a high res version. If you do...I'll revisit.
(5 years and 3757 days ago)She who denies it, supplies it. Love it! Funny image!
(5 years and 3757 days ago)This is funny, but would really top this off if you included the glass too...
(5 years and 3758 days ago)Nice idea and very well done. I like the water line showing on the right side.
(5 years and 3758 days ago)Almost had me using the vote buttons from the image. Nice job.
(5 years and 3758 days ago)Nice image, indeed...but I think you might have missed some masking where the leg and body meet on the small alpaca.
(5 years and 3758 days ago)Congrats! Great entry!!!
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Congrats! Great entry!!! This was really beautiful.
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Congrats! Great entry!!!
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Congrats! Great entry!!!
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Unusual and cool use of source.
(5 years and 3759 days ago)I like the slight variation in hue and brightness on each. Good job!
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Excellent job!
(5 years and 3759 days ago)Funny idea...but lighting and coloring of urinals are too neutral to be in this setting. Good thinking and good luck
(5 years and 3760 days ago)Nice rug!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Some shading would make this already great drawing...even better!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)I love the lower importance factor portrayed here...why not have a superhero for this very specific soft drink? Good work..it made me laugh!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Need to agree with Eladine. Good job...right on theme!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Nice job...try blurring the 'feed fish' ever so slightly. The surface it's on...isn't that sharp.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Did a wonderful job with a difficult source image.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Might want to try darkening the shot but holding the lights a bit to give more impact to the beams of light. The beams of light look as if they need a different blending mode than what you're using currently in this image. Interesting shot!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Don't give up on this one, author! The area at bottom of 'space' is very distracting and not necessary imo...it almost looks low res. Try creating your own 'space' scene. It will look far better. If you so decide to do something else with the bottom...it might serve this image well. I really like the top section with the escalators. Keep going...it has a ton of potential.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Funny and well done. I like how you managed to keep the feet and legs of the walker to be similar brightness as the dog. Nice attention to detail.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Nice work and all should view high resolution...very nice.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)I interpret the expression to be one of self assurance or self confidence. Steadfast contentment with oneself. Nice work!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Very nice and clean.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)I like the drawing, but perhaps label the name of the expression somehow.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Funny idea. Might want to blend and color splash to make it look as if it's coming from THIS body of water. Also, the water below the splash is rather calm.
(5 years and 3761 days ago)This is incredibly 'On Theme'. High res is great! Perhaps fix the edges on right and left side. Looks like it might be a mask leak. Also, maybe soften edges a bit. Looks great!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)Creative and different idea!
(5 years and 3761 days ago)This is really well done. Love the variation on the insides of each slice. However the perspective of the top few 'slices' are on a different perspective than the rest below it. It's not a huge deal...just something I noticed. Very nicely done, though!!
(5 years and 3762 days ago)This would be even better with more contrast and make the colors 'pop' more. The windows look a bit flat with odd edges. They almost look beveled slightly. Perhaps try not using the same darkness in the corners of the windows. Soften all edges a bit would also help. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 3762 days ago)EDIT: Looks better author.
