Really nice blending and very convincing work!
(5 years and 2944 days ago)I'm laughing at the creative title.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Yep...lots of work...and nice attention to detail, author!
(5 years and 2944 days ago)This is creepy and well done! Nice color choice too!
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Nice image find and execution. I think I might have liked seeing less of the dino face and more chocolate covering that area with just the teeth being used...but then again...when in doubt...'always MORE chocolate' right?
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Nice job with a really difficult source image for starters. I'm glad it's singular. That you didn't add any other creatures. It has more impact with only one with the title.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Great stuff, author! I think I would have preferred the starlight at the top to have similar perspective as the tree. Really nicely done, author!
(5 years and 2944 days ago)I can see this lit tree getting bullied by all the other non lit trees immediately after Christmas.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)I like the approach and treatment to the tree decorations. It's a bit confusing with all that light coming from behind the tree...the part of the tree the viewer sees would probably quite a bit darker. Right now, it's very evenly lit from our perspective. It's one of the downfalls to using a pic like this for the background...cuz you don't want to darken the work you've done. Nice job, nonetheless. Cool SBS.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)There's a simple elegance about this...the sign and the apple with the face cause this to get a "surreal" label smacked on it. Intriguing.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Agree with CMYK. This would be great enlarged to a huge size...or as a mural.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)I like the title and her expression. It creates a contrast...almost a contentment of being where she is. This is a simple and extremely effective composition. Perfect example of an entry without too many 'brush strokes'. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2944 days ago)This has a real dreamy feel too it. I really like the smoky edges of the ball at the bottom.
(5 years and 2944 days ago)Simple, but powerful at the same time. Nice work, author!!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Really nice composition. Love the submerged color contrast to the top! Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Nice effect and nice composition! I agree with CMYK.
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Creative use of the source. A nice change up from the pack! It would be nice if you could possibly curl the paper to more of the contour of what the face would provide. Nice work, nonetheless!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Yikes...this is really creepy and well done!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Nice touch with the glass and color. Great work, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Oh...wait...she IS a nerd! ....and she's wearing glasses? Oh yeah...ok. I get it. Nice job, author...was a bit distracted.
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Yep. Had a thought it might be you! Nice work, author! Creepy and creative at the same time. Love this style!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Though I love the color overall...I wish you could somehow make the person stand out more from the rest of the image. Nice job!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Creepy and cool. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Color is great! I love the expression of the gal...everything is so mundane and ho hum...the inevitable is about to happen! I love images that depict something before it actually does! Nice work, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)The fact that the wolf is looking directly at the viewer makes this especially creepy. Yikes...somebody get a broom!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Nice imagination! Overall the blue and orange color of this composition is quite pleasing! Way to go!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Love the incorporation of flower to the rest of the image from the nail. Very nicely done, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Wonderful and artistic. I love the darkness...yet it's so colorful too! I have one suggestion now that I've looked closely...if you could lighten the outside of the guy's hand touching the shoulder...that would be good...since the shoulder the fingers are touching is so much lighter. Obviously...it's surreal and your call. Great job, author!
(5 years and 2945 days ago)Love it! This is perfect...at first I thought it would be so cool to have a whole line of wild animals going in single file down this curved road...but I like this too!
(5 years and 2951 days ago)Love this idea...if you could saturate the streams of light for red and yellow...this will help a great deal. Also, perhaps create more streams that are more unsteady. Right now, it has a look of a perfectly stroked and blurred path...give more variation to the streams of light and really saturate them. Just my 2cents worth....nice job, author!
(5 years and 2951 days ago)Congrats on first place! Nice job!
(5 years and 2951 days ago)Yep. Thought so. Congrats and great job on this one! Love the muted colors throughout.
(5 years and 2951 days ago)Congrats on first place! Great job!
(5 years and 2951 days ago)Awesome! The mouth is absolutely perfect. Not an easy character to get right. You've done it though!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)This is cute and well done. Perhaps consider making the smoke a bit lighter further from the nose...as if it's dissipated a bit...
(5 years and 2953 days ago)If you darken the flesh where it's closer to the zipped portion, it will help. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)Nice blending. I would love to see this as a large, hypnotic poster!!!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)Author...this is really good, but I think the edges of the eyes and nose look a bit too soft in comparison with the other elements. Nice job, nonetheless.
(5 years and 2953 days ago)This is great...but that drip defying gravity kinda bothers me. If it were adjusted to be straight down, I think I'd like it more...then again, author...I suppose you weren't going for realism were you?
(5 years and 2953 days ago)Surreal and cool. Very nice job author!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)I like the variation of island bottoms! Perhaps if you darken a few of the highlights of the further island bottoms...it will vary it even more! Nice work, author!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)Creative use of the source image, author! This is a fun image!
(5 years and 2953 days ago)This one made me smile. Thank you and well done!
(5 years and 2955 days ago)Love the clothesline. Wow...these neighbors share laundry! What a close knit neighborhood!!! Great job, author!
(5 years and 2955 days ago)Nice detail and really appealing color too!
(5 years and 2955 days ago)I'm really liking this! The other cities further down is a nice touch. Great job, author!
(5 years and 2955 days ago)Innovative and nice captures. Colors are intriguing.
(5 years and 2956 days ago)I personally like the white space. It's an artistic statement. Giving some breathing room and differentiates itself from the pack. My only suggestion might be to lighten the white background of the center one a bit more, so that it matches the rest better. BUT even that makes it look a bit intriguing...nice work, author!
(5 years and 2956 days ago)So incredibly visually appealing!
(5 years and 2956 days ago)The variation of color and lighting on each are perfect to me. My favorite is the aquamarine center-ish one is lit. Simply brilliant. Leaves me wanting to see more. Nice job, author!!
