Interesting and weird! I know it would be quite a bit more work, but if you try and vary some of the neck parts a bit...it'll look a bit less repetitive. Varying highlights and edges and such. Either way it's well done.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)Whoa! Out of left field with this one! I like that you did something completely different from all the rest of the entries.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)Very creative use of the source, author! Cool 'think outside the box' type entry. Nice job!
(5 years and 3104 days ago)Love the title, but I'm afraid this will get yanked...for only filter use. Try blending the original on top of it with a different blending mode...or maybe only brush parts of it back with a layer mask. IF you do something like I suggested, it may not be a 'filter only' type entry. Give it a try!
(5 years and 3104 days ago)I happen to really like your simplistic building background. Works very well with the rest of the image.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)I liked that you varied the highlights from the cheese a bit to keep it from looking too 'mirrored'.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)The simplicity of this is excellent. It's a great composition with the monochrome feel with the exception of heart and tear. Could easily see this as an illustration in a children's book. Great job, author!
(5 years and 3104 days ago)Not sure why I like this so much...but it's surreal and cool. Maybe add some subtle beam of light coming from the lamp.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)If you could remove the greenish cast to the bear and warm him up a bit...It will help separate him from the background. Maybe make the bear a bit more tan/beige, rather than yellowish green. Nice job!
(5 years and 3104 days ago)EDIT: Yes...looks better! Nice job! I do think the bear could use less of a bluish tone and more of a warmer tone. It would really help author!
Excellent work from a brilliant author! I really love the subtleties of this image.
(5 years and 3104 days ago)This is a sweet image. Love the overall color and use of source. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 3109 days ago)Nice attention to detail and really great final result.
(5 years and 3112 days ago)This would win the 'creepy avatar' award.
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Yeah...author...it would be nice to see a high res version. I like what I see...but would like to look more closely.
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Visually very pleasing! Nice work, author!
(5 years and 3122 days ago)A major !!
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Intricate and time consuming are what I first thought! Then I thought...geeeez no wonder...it's beautifully done. Real eye candy, author!
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Really nice, creative work author! Agree with Drivenslush...excellent idea with the ropes.
(5 years and 3122 days ago)Nice take on a disastrous scene. Good to see you here again, author!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)I like the overall effect of this image. Nice job!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Everyone and everything needs a break once in awhile...right?
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Nice thinking and attention to detail with the lighting. A nice impact might be to have the main skull shadow be a little lighter the further away it is from the skull...having it be darkest near the skull. Does that make sense? Nice job, author!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)If you could somehow make all the parts share the same light source...that would be really cool. The people need to have their left sides light and right sides darker. This is very surreal and cool...and with the suggestion I've made it might help it be even better. Just a thought. Nice job, author! I like your thinking.
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Nice job. Nice feel to the coldness of this image.
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Try warming up the dark shadow on the tear.
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Nice departure in style. Visually stimulating with nice color!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Woo hoo! I knew it! Nice job, author!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Sorta guessed this to be yours...author! Nice work!!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Nice job, author! Really creative and wonderful imagination and use of source.
(5 years and 3124 days ago)This is such a well done entry. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)I'm a big fan of this kind of work! Nice idea and execution, author!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)Nicely done! Really fun idea!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)I love this idea! If you could softly darken the bottom edge of the road roll and put some track prints from the bug behind it...that would help a bit. Nice job!
(5 years and 3124 days ago)The head is lacking some density and almost looks hollow. If you add some weight back, I think it would really help this 'rockin' image!! Great job, author!
(5 years and 3132 days ago)The larger hands are a great touch!!
(5 years and 3132 days ago)Reminds me of Stretch Armstrong toy back in the late 70s. Maybe think about softening the edges of the stretched skin. It almost looks too harsh. Really nice job and idea, author!
(5 years and 3132 days ago)Great idea for the source image!! Perhaps darken the wrists and abdomen area a bit to give some variation to the green tone. The areas added look kind of pixelated like it was enlarged or something. One other suggestion would be to use the 'scatter' and 'angle' setting on whatever brush you're using on the rips and tears of the shirt. This will help randomize the brush shape more. Nice job author and GL.
(5 years and 3132 days ago)Really nice idea, author! In my opinion...the face plate is detracting from the cool effect. If you somehow have part of the face showing at the bottom, like it has already fallen...I think that would help focus the creepy part more. Or...if you have him holding his face...that would be good. Nice thinking!
(5 years and 3132 days ago)Yep...I was right. I saw intricate details...wonderful imagination and flawless execution and thought...could it be???
(5 years and 3134 days ago)Nice use of source...I love entries like these. Nice work, author!
(5 years and 3134 days ago)Clever title and really nicely done image!
(5 years and 3134 days ago)This is very dreamy...wonderful effect. Nice job, author!
(5 years and 3134 days ago)I love the texture in this piece.
(5 years and 3137 days ago)This is beautiful! I really like the the use of source and agree with spaceranger...glad you entered it here. Way too good to waste! The monkey at the top makes me smile. Clouds and sun rays are a real nice touch author!
(5 years and 3137 days ago)Love the idea...listen to fatz8016...it'll make it better!
(5 years and 3140 days ago)Yeah baby! Way to go...!!! Really well done! Congrats!
(5 years and 3141 days ago)Nice job using so many pieces of the original source image. Not easy to do...but you seem to do this with such ease. A beaut!
(5 years and 3142 days ago)Pristine! You had to flip all that type to be right reading too! You have more patience than I.
(5 years and 3143 days ago)Spot on and very good.
(5 years and 3143 days ago)Real eye candy! Nice job, author!
