Very mystical and serene, in my opinion, the waterline in the horizon is a bit too harsh, try softening it with a lyer mask and a soft round brush. (just my opinion) Very detailed work, especially around her hands. Good luck!

Great idea, and well executed.. maybe suggest the sky on your background image with the one form the source, to help it look like it matches. And also if you look closely there's a slight blue color cast. I suggest opening the source image in photoshop and duplicating it, then going to Filter -> Blur -> Average. This gives you the overall colour of your image, then just copy that into your finished image and set the mode to colour or soft light and play around with the opacity. But like i said, great idea, and a very convincing image.
