i think you should work a little more on your selections, and the model looks very distorted. I'll hold my vote for now.

images from DA don't look as sterile as the images on SXC. Images from DeviantArt are pre-posed, but in most cases it's the only place to find what you're looking for.

C'mon CMYK, that's not really fair. I think the image is great, there are a couple of parts around the model that makes it look like she's casting a shadow on the sky, but it's a great find. It's a very creative use of a difficult source to work with, so good job on that. G'luck!

Nice use of source, try adding white to black gradient on the reflection mask so it doesn;t look too uniform. Good luck!

Edit: I think you misunderstood. The white and blue background you had before was fine, i meant add the gradient to the mask, so it seems like the reflection itself is fading.

The look great! The lighting seems a little wrong though, as in the light should huit the entirety of the shell, and mayeb even some mixing between the two lights.. but this is great either way. Good luck!

Nice image, the shadow is completely wrong.. i myself am not the best person to ask but i'm sure someone else will comment. As for the bee, it's a bit distracting from the main point you're trying to get across. Good entry otherwise. Good luck!

Oh! It's fur! I thought this was a wood texture or something. It's definately missing that fur look, i reccomend using the grass brush and maybe brushing around the edges to make it seem like actual fur. Good luck!
