Excellent drawing skills... the hair looks fantastic
(5 years and 3422 days ago)Lovely drawing.. and really wonderful lighting. High marks from me
(5 years and 3423 days ago)Very creative idea.. wonderful work
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Edit: In my opinion the kite doesn't add much to the image, still it's your vision. Great entry anyway G'luck!!
Hehe, great idea! The image looks fantastic
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Very elegant image.. really nice use of source. Wonderful job, author
(5 years and 3424 days ago)The frame is almost unnecessary, but nice work with the mood of the image.
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Great job in constructing the room, the realism in the lighting and shading looks great!
(5 years and 3424 days ago)I can't help but notice a black outline around the potato, i suggest trying to remove that. You could try Layer -> Matting -> Defringe (by one pixel)
Good luck
The wordplay is a bit of a stretch :P But very well made image. Good work
(5 years and 3425 days ago)Very creepy.. nice work!
(5 years and 3425 days ago)The shadow that the tail end is casting could be a little more transparent, but other than that it's a great entry. Well done
Once again you've taken my breath away... Incredible.
(5 years and 3425 days ago)Nice work! I like the sizes in this image. Well done
(5 years and 3425 days ago)Very clever! Nice work
(5 years and 3427 days ago)Excellent work
(5 years and 3428 days ago)Welcome to the site! Excellent start.. the creature looks fantastic.
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Oh wow! Excellent lighting, very nice 3D integration too! Well done
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Really lovely effect! It's a good thing you didn't overuse the mixer brush, you've kept a lot of the detail. Well done
(5 years and 3429 days ago)The "Layers Gremlin" got to you guys too?!
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Great image author! The rain looks great, and the shadow looks very natural. I can't say huge things about the originality factor, but it was executed really nicely. Good luck!
Really nice scene... excellent work. The line separating the skull is a bit distracting in my opinion, but other than that this has a very nice feel to it. Great masking too! Well done
(5 years and 3429 days ago)The inner part of the boat shouldn't be completely black, rather the same material with a gradient shading.. Still, good mood, and you only used the source to make the background (which looks great)
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Good luck and well done
There has been a similar entry to this in the past, but you did a good job with the new source. Well done!
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Excellent creativity.. looks like a winner to me
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Best use of motion blur i've seen
(5 years and 3431 days ago)Great job.
Great entry! Excellent shading and a fantastic idea.
(5 years and 3431 days ago)I like your shapes and your figures, and i also like your idea.. and it's great for a first try with a mouse... i suggest however trying to work on lighting and shadows that would help to make this image seem more real. Good luck!
(5 years and 3431 days ago)Congrats Jaskier! I'll always admire your work
(5 years and 3431 days ago)Very creative use of source.. superb work
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Nice work author. My suggestions would be to paint in a little bit of hair because in high resolution the selections around the heads look a bit too jagged, and also i suggest trying to remove the white edges around the man.
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Very good image otherwise... nice idea and well blended.
Great use of source.. well done author
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Very creative! Good work
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Nice idea author, but i think the ripples let the image down a little. The trick that i use is to use the ZigZag filter. If you make a circular selection around the base of the neck and feather that selection by about 40 pixels and then go to Filter - Distort - ZigZag and play around with the options, you will get some nice ripples.
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Good luck!
Nice lighting
(5 years and 3433 days ago)This reminds me of an entry I made a while back..
(5 years and 3433 days ago)I suggest trying to work on the perspectives, the ground the sofa and the doll all have different perspectives. Other than that it's a good image with a nice idea behind it. Good luck
Amazing image. Really nice focus and design. Great realism.
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Congratulations
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Congrats Rob!
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Congratulations! Well deserved
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Watch for white edges around the car...other than that, really well done. Great Job.
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Very powerful. Good work
(5 years and 3434 days ago)Lovely drawing! Really nice expression and colours. I suggest building up the hair a bit more except for just a few hair strands. Great job.
(5 years and 3435 days ago)It's a great idea, but i do agree with Widair, rough selections are quite obvious especially in high resolution. I would also suggest lowering the number of stars in the sky, it seems a bit clustered at the moment. Good luck
(5 years and 3435 days ago)Nice idea.. very tricky source to work with. I think the shadows on the roof would be a lot sharper than they are. Good luck
(5 years and 3435 days ago)Again.. what's the joke?
(5 years and 3436 days ago)Edit: I don't think that's a joke author... but it is a nice idea.
Beautiful vibrant colours... excellent work.
(5 years and 3436 days ago)Your horizon line is also a bit too strong and breaks up from the composition
(5 years and 3436 days ago)I feel like the shape and proportions of the cat are a bit awkward, the cat head seems to be a bit too big.. my suggestion would be to add a subtle shadow between the cat head and the body to help separate the two a bit. Other than that, it's a magnificent image. Great job.
(5 years and 3436 days ago)Well it's worth it.. you're an inspiration to me.. and i can;t help but stare at everything you do for hours without stopping.
(5 years and 3437 days ago)How do you do it? Stunning work.
(5 years and 3437 days ago)Author there's a similar tutorial on the internet, if you used it as inspiration be sure to post it.
(5 years and 3437 days ago)As for your image, it's a nice idea, but try to fade the shadows a bit as they distance themselves from the scarecrows, at the moment they don;t look too realistic. (Maybe try blurring it a bit more and lowering the opacity)
Good luck.
Very creepy.. some real subtle details add to the strength of the image. Great job.
(5 years and 3437 days ago)I am impressed author.. the surrealistic element is magnificent.. the shading and the blending is spot on. Fantastic.
(5 years and 3438 days ago)Edit: You have a brand new fan
